Ryan Evans is a native of Wilson, North Carolina, and is a dedicated commercial real estate broker for Ardor Commercial Advisors.
In his previous career as a Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst, he invested over $168MM of institutional equity into multifamily investments. His skills include financial analysis, financial modeling, market research, relationship management and more. Prior experience also includes Accounting, FP&A and Capital Markets Operations within the fixed-income space. Ryan holds a B.S in Finance from UNC Charlotte along with a Masters in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
